Photography & Media Usage

By booking with Emerald Floral House, you grant permission for us to use photographs of:

• Floral arrangements and installations

• Decor created by Emerald Floral House

• Styled details featuring our florals (bouquets, centerpieces, arches, etc.)

These images may be used in:

• Our website and online portfolio

• Social media platforms

• Digital and print marketing materials

• Industry publications, articles, or blogs

• Submissions to wedding magazines or inspiration sites

We will never sell your photos to third parties.

 

Client Privacy

We respect your privacy. Unless you provide explicit written permission:

• We will not share the full names of the couple

• We will not share sensitive or personal moments

If faces appear in photos captured by photographers, we will use images tastefully and respectfully. Clients may request that identifiable images not be used, and we will honor this request.

 

Photographer Credits

Emerald Floral House will always:

• Credit the professional photographer when known

• Use watermarked or approved images whenever required

• Follow any usage restrictions provided by the photographer

If your photographer requires a release or credit format, please inform us prior to the event.

 

Opt-Out Option

If you prefer that Emerald Floral House not use any images from your event:

• You must notify us in writing prior to the event date

• We will honor your request and exclude your event from marketing materials

Please note: We may still photograph our floral work for internal reference, recipe documentation, or quality assurance, but these images will not be posted publicly.

 

Shared Images from Clients

If you share photos with us after the event—through text, email, messages, or tagging—we will assume permission to use them unless otherwise stated.
