REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Emerald Floral House, every arrangement is custom-designed and carefully planned to bring your floral vision to life. Because florals are perishable and ordered specifically for your event, the following policies ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.

Booking & Payments

  • A partial-refundable retainer of 30% is required to secure your event date. Your date is not reserved until the retainer is paid.

  • The remaining balance is due 21 days before your event. Orders not paid in full by this deadline may be subject to cancellation.

Cancellations

  • More than 180 days before the event:
Your retainer remains partially-refundable of 50%

  • 0 - 180 days before the event:
    Your retainer is non-refundable.

Refunds

Because florals are perishable and custom-ordered:

  • Retainers are partially-refundable if services are cancelled within 180 days of the event date.

  • No refunds are given for unused items, changes of mind, or weather-related factors beyond our control.

  • If an item becomes unavailable due to supplier or seasonal issues, Emerald Floral House will substitute with blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining your color palette and style.

Changes & Adjustments

We understand that wedding plans evolve.

  • Minor adjustments to quantities or design details may be made up to 45 days before the event, depending on floral availability.

  • Significant changes (palette, overall style, or large additions) may result in a revised contract and updated pricing.

Event Day Issues

If you encounter concerns the day of your event:

  • Please contact Emerald Floral House within 2 hours of delivery or setup so we can address the issue promptly.

  • Refunds or credits will not be issued for issues not communicated on the event day.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond either party’s control (extreme weather, natural disasters, venue closures, etc.):

  • Payments made can be transferred to a rescheduled date, pending availability.

  • If a new date cannot be agreed upon, normal cancellation terms apply.
